Frontroom starts draft-first. Risky external actions, customer-facing messaging, provider keys, and channel credentials require private setup and clear approval rules before use.

The pilot uses source proof, activity logs, visible spend caps, and owner approval modes so the business can see what happened before anything sensitive changes.
